Aditi Ghosh
Research Associate, Adaptation and Resilience
Aditi Ghosh is a Research Associate in the Adaptation and Resilience vertical at Sustainable Futures Collaboratives. Her work focuses on heat impact and resilience, climate adaptation, environmental governance, public policy, and sustainability transitions.
Before SFC, Aditi worked as a researcher at IIPA (New Delhi), where she contributed to the Climate Smart Governance project led by the Department of Science and Technology, GOI. She also had the opportunity to work on M&E projects for the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Education.
Her field research includes work in Jharkhand with IIT Mandi and Linköping University on the health and economic impacts of indoor biomass burning. In the Sundarbans (West Bengal), she developed a participatory Agrarian Social Networking Analysis Framework for the Reliance Foundation, aimed at strengthening community-based disaster resilience. She has also worked on research projects that involved community-led climate adaptation and investment initiatives in Himachal Pradesh.
Aditi holds a Master's in Development Studies from IIT Mandi and a Bachelor's degree in English Honours with a minor in Economics from the University of Delhi. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Public Policy from the Takshashila Institute, Bangalore.
